  • Once we have received your order, your item will be posted to you as soon as it’s been processed which usually takes a few days. All orders will be posted via First Class Royal Mail with an expected delivery of 1-3 days.

  • Please refer to our size guide above for sizing estimates.

  • The customer is responsible for shipping costs, unless the issue with the clothing is due to the seller. Contact the Waves Customer Care Team requesting a return with your order no, item details and reason for your return. Once this has been received, the team will process your request and guide you through the next steps.

  • We will provide a refund immediately upon the return of the product within 5 business days. However, bank providers may take 3 to 10 business days to process the refund into the original mode of payment.
